Syren randomizer WAVELENGTH (MHA/BNHA OC)

Wanted to change up my sona's quirk so I made a plot point where someone with a "sims" like randomizer quirk switched up her body and quirk! She goes from Syren, with a Simon Says quirk that controls people with her voice, to Wavelength, with an electric quirk that collects radio waves and turns them into energy she can shoot down two whips that come out of her hands!!
